The interior layout was completely reimagined, moving beyond the traditional corridor-based plan to create fluid and harmonious spaces. The new arrangement includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a children’s bedroom, a guest bathroom, a study, an open-plan kitchen with dining area, and a modern living room, designed to balance everyday living with conviviality.
The spaces embody a balance between minimalism and contemporary warmth: color serves as an architectural element, guiding the eye and defining the identity of each area. Custom-made furniture and open shelving units interact with natural light, enhancing both functionality and visual continuity.
The project brings to life an apartment where elegance, comfort, and personality converge, transforming the home into a welcoming, refined, and characterful environment, offering a fresh vision of contemporary residential living.
